The Bachelor's Bed - Jill Shavis

Lani Mills is Colin West's weekly cleaning lady and is in love with her client. Colin has been hurt in the past and it makes him wary about having serious relationships. He tells a "tiny" lie to his mother about being engaged so he can finish working on a very important project and he asks Lani for help. He needs her to pretend to be his fiancée while he finishes working the project, except that Lani doesn't feel as if it's pretend and plays the part whole-heartedly. Things heat up when his mother and aunts come to pay him a visit.

Great story, can be read in one afternoon. Great character development. You will definitely fall in love with them fast. Lani is just such a great character, super sweet, and loving. Colin drove me crazy hes so awkward in the beginning, but its cute how Lani gets under his skin to soften him up. Highly recommend this one for a quick read.
